Oxygen, water vapor, and other trace gases permeate informationonportableelectricdrill the membrane fiber and are discharged through a permeate port. Nitrogen stays within the hollow fibers and flows through an outlet port.Balston PSA nitrogen generators produce up to 99.95% pure, compressed nitrogen at dewpoints to -40[degrees]F from nearly any compressed-air informationonportableelectricdrill supply. The generators continually informationonportableelectricdrill transform air into nitrogen at safe, regulated pressures without operator attention.PSA generators use a combination of filtration and PSA technologies to create nitrogen.Compressed air is prefiltered to remove all contaminants down to 0.1 micron. The gas separation process preferentially adsorbs oxygen over nitrogen using carbon-molecular sieve (CMS). At high pressures, the CMS has a greater affinity for oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor than it does at low pressures. By raising and lowering pressure within the CMS bed, all contaminants are captured and released, leaving the CMS unchanged. This process lets nitrogen pass through. Depressurizing the CMS releases adsorbed oxygen and other contaminant gases to the atmosphere. Allmand Brothers, Holdrege, Neb., has remained family-owned since its founding in 1938. The company introduced its first mini-backhoe in 1995. It currently has four informationonportableelectricdrill models, the TLB 20, 25, 25D and 35D. The TEB 20, added last year, competes with the Terramite T5. The TLB 35 is rated 33 hp, while the other machines carry 20 to 25 hp engines. Dig-It was part of HCC when we last looked at this segment. HCC owned the product line from 1993 until 1999 when it was sold to Yazoo/Kees Power Equipment, Jackson, Miss., which has been renamed Pug Power. The Dig-It machine has been produced since the 1980s. Two models are currently offered, the 22 hp model 2208 and the 20 hp Tiger M2008. "We''re focusing our resources in engineering and product development at providing solutions for both heat and noise," Buckett said. He outlined a number of recent projects where Thermal Structures has done a complete thermal profile of the engine system as well as informationonportableelectricdrill looking at the vibration involved and the operating environment of the equipment before selecting the materials. He added that the company has also recently worked with a number of diesel aftertreatment manufacturers in engineering both sound and heat products into those developing systems. ©2003 www.electricdrills.net.
